From early on in Justin’s story, a consistent “theme” for him has been a love for quality architecture and an appreciation for beautiful homes. That passion has remained a constant theme throughout his life and career.
After serving in the U.S. Army, Justin earned a degree in Architectural Technologies in 2005. He began his professional career in commercial construction, but soon realized his true calling was residential construction. Justin enjoyed listening to homeowners describe their vision for their spaces and using his creative and technical expertise to bring those ideas to life.
This passion led him to launch his first business, Keisler Residential Designs, a custom home design company that allowed him to work directly with homeowners and builders. As his career progressed, Justin accepted a role as a draftsman with a national home builder, further refining his skills and understanding of large-scale residential construction.
Several years later, he was presented with an opportunity to help launch a custom home building company, Sedgewick Homes. Justin embraced the challenge and played a key role in the company’s growth. He designed every floor plan and managed the drafting, purchasing, and estimating departments. During this time, he also earned his North Carolina General Contractor’s license and Real Estate Broker’s license. His dedication and leadership ultimately led to his role as Vice President of Construction Services, where the company grew to produce nearly 100 homes per year.
In 2011, Justin welcomed his first daughter, whose middle name is June. A few years later, in 2014, his second daughter joined the family and quickly earned the nickname, Belle. As his greatest inspirations, it felt only fitting that they would inspire the name of the company: June Belle Homes.
June Belle Homes represents a chapter of Justin’s story that has long been in the making. Built on years of experience in design, construction, and real estate, the company reflects the values that matter most to him: family, integrity, and excellence. These values guide how we approach every project, no matter the size or scope.
To the left, you’ll see a Bible verse Justin wrote on the subfloor during one of his own home remodels. It serves as a personal reminder of the principles he strives to live and work by: honesty, integrity, and treating every home with the same care and respect he would want for his own.
